Ever thought you should've been a cowboy? Want to sleep with the outlaws? Craving the adrenaline high only Mother Nature can provide??. All these and more are waiting for you in Wyoming!
All WHOA bed & breakfast, ranch, or guest cabin properties are dedicated to providing gracious, hospitable service. Each meets our quality standards and is licensed by the State of Wyoming. Every facility offers its own unique setting -- elegant, cozy, rustic, quirky . . . Youll find friendly places to stay the night, romantic get-aways, ideal locations for your retreat or small business conference, and rare chances to share authentic cowboy life on a working ranch.
We'll give you a very personal glimpse of life in Wyoming and leave you with memories to last a lifetime.
So take a minute (or an hour) to dream. If you had gorgeous scenery and plenty of elbow room (Wyoming is the 9th largest state but is the least populated -- about 5 people per square mile) what would you do?

whitewater rafting, kayaking
llama trekking across the Red Desert or the Winds-the most remote mountains in the lower 48

The list goes on. But rest assured that wherever your adventure takes you, a WHOA property is waiting to welcome you home.

Be sure and check out our Adventures section for western experiences, area attractions and quick facts about Wyoming towns, along with colorful excerpts from Tastes and Tours of Wyoming.
Stop by Kids Ranch for fun activities and trivia, Campfire Stories for Wyoming history and neat stories for kids of all ages, and the Chuck Wagon with favorite Wyoming recipes you're sure to love!

Bed & Breakfasts cater to both overnight guests and visitors looking for longer stays. Some welcome you into the host's private home; others have separate facilities devoted exclusively to guest use. Bathrooms may be private or semi-private. Breakfast can be served with the family, with other guests, or buffet style.

On a Working Ranch, your hosts make their primary living from agriculture and they invite you to share their uniquely western lifestyle. Most provide a full country breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You may stay with your hosts in the main ranch house, or in bunkhouses, cabins or lodges. Daily maid service may or may not be provided. Stays of several days to a week are typical.

Guest Ranches seek to share the settings and activities of the West. Your hosts provide small numbers of guests with personalized service including a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will generally stay in bunkhouses, cabins, or lodges and have a choice of activities and amenities. Stays of several days to a week are typical.

Guest Cabins (ranging from one-room cabins to multi-bedroom houses) provide a more private home away from home the entire facility is devoted exclusively to you or your party. Your hosts are generally close at hand, but not in the house with you. If breakfast is provided, it may be self-serve or buffet style and you are invited to prepare additional meals at your convenience.
WHOA establishments are popular please call the individual property for reservations. Some hold reservations with a credit card; others require a check. If your plans change, please notify your hosts as soon as possible, since these establishments are small and do not overbook. When full, WHOA members will gladly refer you to others in the area.

Feel free to contact Wyoming Hospitality & Outdoor Adventures if you have general questions or would like to request a brochure.
