Edgewood Management Group began managing these five senior living communities on April 1, 2010:

The properties were purchased by IRET,and Edgewood communities plan:

Long-term presence with residents, families and staff members
$8 million enhancements in the three Wind properties
First introduction of Memory Care assisted living services in the state
Personalized care to help people stay as independent as possible

Edgewood began in 1992, and now manages 26 senior care communities in six states. Properties include a range of living styles at Edgewood Vista and the larger, independent living neighborhoods of Edgewood Village.
