Our objective is to provide high quality legal work for a broad spectrum of clients throughout Wyoming and Northern Colorado with an emphasis on issues arising in creditor and debtor relationships.
We are a federally recognized Debt Relief Agency. We aid Assisted Persons to file bankruptcy. (Although, some courts are now holding debtors' counsel does not qualify.)
Important disclosures required by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, can be accessed by clicking. We are required to provide this information to all prospective clients. ALL BUT THE PLAIN TALK SECTION OF THIS SITE HAVE BEEN UPDATED FOR THE EFFECTS OF THE BAPCPA OF 2005.
With offices located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Fort Collins, Colorado and Eaton, Colorado, the firm represents debtors and creditors throughout Wyoming and Northern Colorado.
Chief counsel, Ken McCartney has practiced law for 35 years, almost exclusively in the area of insolvency. His firm has filed more Wyoming bankruptcy cases in that period of time than any other law firm. Carrol Nelson has practiced in a broad spectrum legal practice since 1992, in the state of Wyoming. Carrol is not licensed to practice in Colorado at this time.
Insolvency is the firm's business, not a side line as is the case with general practitioners. *
