Central Wyoming Counseling Center is a non-profit Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Center that is dedicated to helping the people of Natrona County.
The Center receives funding through contracts established with the State of Wyoming, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Divisions, Natrona County, the City of Casper and the Natrona County School District.
All residents of Wyoming are eligible to receive services regardless of ability to pay. We are the Mental Health Division of the Blue Envelope Health Fund.
To provide for the general mental well-being of the community by providing outpatient mental health and substance abuse care and residential substance abuse care to those in need regardless of their ability to pay.
Central Wyoming Counseling Center supports and protects the fundamental human, civil, constitutional and statutory rights of all persons served. Treatment is provided without discrimination by race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, ethnicity, cultural orientation, age, disability, income level, type of mental or substance abuse disorder, criminal history, drug of choice, or medical status.
