Volunteers Friday night stacked sandbags in the front yard of Dr. Frank
Wheeler in an attempt to protect the home from flood damage from the raging Popo Agie River. Hundreds of citizens and officials gathered in City Park and in the Popo Agie Ranch Estates area near Sinks Canyon to make and stack sandbags to stave off flooding from the swollen river.
